The Magic of Sleep


A study which 1.___ at school start times has shown  that a later start can 2.___ in improved attention and mood students.

Over 200 students aged between 14 and 18 took 3.___ in the study at a school in Rhode Island, USA. Rather than beginning classes at 8 a.m., they 4.___ the start of the school day by half an hour (i.e. until 8.30 a.m.).
